The Rada condemned the decision of the Ukrainian court on the symbols of the SS "Galicia"

“It is significant that this monstrous decision was made at the suit of the Institute of National Remembrance.

This body of totalitarian propaganda, headed by Vyatrovich-Drobovich, has become the main ideologue of the rehabilitation of Nazism in Ukraine, ”the party said in a statement.

The OLE noted that the encouragement of historical falsifications and the rehabilitation of SS divisions "opens the way for the transformation of Nazism into the official ideology in Ukraine."

The party demanded to dismiss Anton Drobovich from the post of director of the Institute of National Remembrance and to disband the institution for "anti-human and anti-Ukrainian propaganda activities."

In May, the Kiev District Administrative Court made a decision, according to which it was necessary to consider as unlawful statements that the symbols of the 14th SS Division "Galicia" were not symbols of the Nazi regime.

Then the court ordered the Ukrainian Institute of National Remembrance and its officials to refrain from disseminating such a conclusion.

However, on September 23, the Sixth Court of Appeal in Kiev overturned the decision of the first instance, which declared the symbols of the 14th SS Division "Galicia" to be Nazi.
